Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 ice cubes optional, for a thicker texture
- Graham cracker crumbs for garnish optional
- 1 scoop protein optional
Instructions
- Blend: In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture. If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass. Optionally, sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs on top for that cheesecake-like touch.
