Questions People Ask
Can I bake this in a pan instead of a skillet?
Yes. An 8x8 baking pan works the same way, just check at the 18 minute mark since a pan can bake slightly faster than a skillet.
Why does the icing use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese?
Greek yogurt keeps the icing high protein and adds a slight tang, closer to a ganache than a heavy frosting. It sets soft, not stiff.
