Ingredients
3 tbsp oat flour
2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
About 1 tsp chopped dark chocolate or 1 small square 70% cacao
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a small ramekin.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.

Add milk and Greek yogurt. Stir until a thick, smooth batter forms.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared ramekin.

Place the dark chocolate in the center, pressing it gently into the batter.

Cover with remaining batter, fully sealing the chocolate inside.

Bake for 9 minutes, until the edges are set and the center remains soft.
