Protein Churro Bites
Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup all purpose flour or oat flour
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
2 tablespoons coconut sugar or monk fruit sweetener
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Light spray avocado oil
Optional – Caramel Dip
Instructions

Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, flour, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until a thick dough forms. Soft but not sticky. Add a sprinkle more flour if needed.

Roll into small bite sized balls.

Lightly spray with avocado oil.

Air fry at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.

While warm toss in cinnamon sugar mixture.

Dip in caramel and enjoy!
