Protein Churro Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup all purpose flour or oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon Sugar Coating
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Light spray avocado oil
  • Optional – Caramel Dip

Instructions
 

  • Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, flour, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until a thick dough forms. Soft but not sticky. Add a sprinkle more flour if needed.
  • Roll into small bite sized balls.
  • Lightly spray with avocado oil.
  • Air fry at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.
  • While warm toss in cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Dip in caramel and enjoy!
