
Protein Churro Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup all purpose flour or oat flour
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Cinnamon Sugar Coating
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Light spray avocado oil
- Optional – Caramel Dip
Instructions
- Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, flour, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until a thick dough forms. Soft but not sticky. Add a sprinkle more flour if needed.
- Roll into small bite sized balls.
- Lightly spray with avocado oil.
- Air fry at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.
- While warm toss in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Dip in caramel and enjoy!
