Ingredients

1 scoop Ora Strawberry Vanilla protein
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 big handful of ice
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons whipped cream or whipped Greek yogurt, for topping
1 fresh strawberry, for garnish
1 cherry, for the top
1 teaspoon crushed freeze-dried strawberries (optional)

Method

1
Blend the frozen strawberries, Ora Strawberry Vanilla protein, milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, salt, and ice until thick and just barely pourable. Add a splash more milk only if it won't move.
2
Check the texture. Too thick, add milk a little at a time. Too thin, add a few more frozen strawberries and blend again.
3
Pour the shake into your chilled glass.
4
Finish with the whipped cream (or whipped Greek yogurt), the fresh strawberry, a cherry on top, and a dusting of crushed freeze-dried strawberries (optional).

Questions People Ask

How is a milkshake high protein?
A scoop of protein powder plus Greek yogurt does the work, so it drinks like a diner shake but actually hits your protein.
Why is my shake too thin?
Add a few more frozen strawberries and a little ice, then blend again. Hold back on the milk so it stays thick.
