Blend all ingredients until completely smooth. No lumps.
Pour into your Ninja Creami pint container. Do not fill above the max fill line.
Freeze flat for a full 24 hours.
Run on the Lite Ice Cream setting.
If crumbly, add 1-2 tbsp milk and re-spin.
Top with protein cookie dough bites and dark chocolate chunks.
Protein Cookie Dough Bites (makes 8)
1/2 cup almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup almond butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp milk (to bind)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks, plus more for topping
Pinch of sea salt
Cookie Dough Bites:
Combine almond flour, protein powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
Add almond butter and maple syrup. Mix until a dough forms.
Add milk one tablespoon at a time until the dough rolls without cracking.
Fold in chocolate chunks.
Roll into 8 equal balls. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
