Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 inch skillet
In a bowl mix almond flour protein powder and salt
Add butter cashew butter maple syrup milk and vanilla. Mix until crumbly then press together until a dough forms
Fold in sprinkles
Press dough evenly into the skillet and smooth the top
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until edges are golden and center is set but still soft. Let cool 10 minutes to keep it gooey
In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt protein powder maple syrup milk and vanilla until smooth
Drizzle icing over warm skillet and finish with more sprinkles
