Ingredients

1 head cauliflower (cut into small heads)
1 cup all-purpose flower
1 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup buffalo sauce
2 tbsp butter (melted) [reduce to about 3/4 of this amount; make up the difference with unsweetened applesauce or plain Greek yogurt]
1 tbsp honey

Method

1
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth batter.
2
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated, and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
3
Cook the cauliflower for about 15-18 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they're golden brown and crispy. Adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer's settings for the desired crispiness.
4
While the cauliflower is cooking, mix the buffalo sauce, melted butter (or olive oil), and honey (or maple syrup) in a bowl.
5
Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Pour the prepared buffalo sauce mixture over the cauliflower and toss until each piece is evenly coated.
6
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
