Questions People Ask

Can I make a s'mores mug cake without a broiler?
Yes. Microwaving the marshmallows 10 seconds melts them just fine. A broiler or torch only adds the toasted char on top.
How do I keep it from drying out?
Pull it the second the top sets, starting at 60 seconds. Overcooking a mug cake is what makes it rubbery.
