Questions People Ask

How is french toast high protein without protein powder?
One whole egg plus two egg whites carries the protein here, so it stays high protein from real food alone.
Can I make it the night before?
You can soak the bread in the custard overnight in the fridge, then microwave in the morning for an even softer texture.

Storage

Best eaten fresh and hot. Nutrition is an estimate from standard ingredients and shifts with your bread and milk, so run it through a macro calculator with your exact products.
