In a skillet or oven, cook the turkey bacon until it's crispy. Once done, set aside on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
Preheat the oven to pizza setting. (about 450-500º F)
Spread the cottage cheese, salt, and pepper over the flatbread.
Distribute the shredded chicken evenly over the cottage cheese mixture.
Top with your selection of cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parmesan cheese.
Arrange the cooked turkey bacon on top of the chicken layer on the flatbread. Spray with oil spray.
Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake about 10-15 minutes, but keep a close eye on it so it doesn't burn. Remove and top with lettuce pieces.
If making the dressing, mix all together in a bowl and spread a thin layer over the top of the finished flatbread. Enjoy!
