mashed overripe banana
about 3 to 4 bananas

yogurt
1/2
cup
maple syrup honey or agave

cup
oil or water

vanilla extract
Optional chocolate chips or nuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line or lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl whisk together flour protein powder baking soda baking powder salt and cinnamon.
In another bowl mix mashed banana yogurt maple syrup oil and vanilla until smooth.
Add wet ingredients to dry and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in any mix ins if using.
Pour into loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
