Preheat oven to 350°F if baking, BUT you can microwave!
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and sea salt.
Add milk and nut or seed butter and stir until smooth.
Fold in 1 tbsp of the chocolate chips.
Transfer batter to a lightly greased ramekin or small baking dish and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set and center remains soft, or microwave for 60 to 75 seconds.
Cool slightly, then divide into 2 servings.
