oat flour or almond flour for softer cookies

scoop vanilla protein powder

almond butter or peanut butter

maple syrup or 3 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar

egg

coconut oil melted

vanilla extract

baking soda
Pinch
of salt

dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips to one bowl and mix until a dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet and gently flatten.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before eating.
