Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour or almond flour for softer cookies
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or 3 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips to one bowl and mix until a dough forms.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet and gently flatten.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are golden.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before eating.
