Blend oats, milk, vanilla, nut butter, baking powder, protein powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon. Let batter rest for 5 minutes. If it appears too thin, add ¼ cup more oats and blend.
Pour batter into a greased ramekin.
In a small bowl, mix swirl ingredients. Spoon on top of batter and use a knife to gently swirl.
Bake 25 minutes, until set and golden.
Whisk frosting ingredients until smooth.
Spread over baked oats once slightly cooled and dust with extra cinnamon or drizzle of maple syrup before serving.
