Yogurt Topping

plain nonfat Greek yogurt

maple syrup

pumpkin pie spice

cinnamon
optional splash of almond milk to thin
Instructions
Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk pumpkin coconut oil egg maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl mix sugar almond flour protein powder coconut flour pumpkin pie spice cinnamon baking soda and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet and fold gently until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Scoop about 2 tbsp dough per cookie onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Top with crushed graham crackers and press gently.
Bake 10 minutes.
Cool on the sheet 2 minutes then transfer to a rack and let cool fully before topping.
Yogurt Topping
Mix Greek yogurt maple syrup pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon until smooth.
Add a small splash of almond milk if needed to reach drizzle consistency.
