Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavored
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, depending on sweetness preference
  • Ice cubes optional, for a thicker consistency
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Blend: In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, protein powder, coconut milk, and honey (if using). If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add a handful of ice cubes.
  • Blend Again: Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pause and scrape down the sides of the blender if needed to ensure everything is well incorporated.
  • Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if necessary. You can also adjust the thickness by adding more coconut milk or ice cubes if desired.
  • Serve: Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the smoothie into a glass. If desired, garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple or a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
