- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups mashed overripe banana about 3 to 4 bananas
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup honey or agave
- 1/3 cup oil or water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
