Ingredients
  

  • Wet
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar of choice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dry
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave safe mug, whisk together the egg, melted butter or oil, milk, sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add the oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder. Stir until fully combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds until just set in the center.
  • Let rest for 1 minute before serving.
