
Chocolate Chip Cookie Protein Mug Cake
Ingredients
- Wet
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar of choice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Dry
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a microwave safe mug, whisk together the egg, melted butter or oil, milk, sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder. Stir until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds until just set in the center.
- Let rest for 1 minute before serving.
