Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados diced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Dice the avocados, red onion, and tomatoes.
  • Crumble the feta cheese.
  • Chop the fresh cilantro or parsley.
  • Juice the lime.
  • In a mixing bowl, gently combine the diced avocados, crumbled feta cheese, diced red onion, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro or parsley.
  • Drizzle the lime juice and olive oil over the avocado mixture.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
  • Gently toss the ingredients together until well combined. Be careful not to mash the avocado too much; you want to retain the diced texture.
  • Cover the dip with plastic wrap, ensuring it touches the surface of the dip to prevent browning.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Before serving, give the dip a gentle stir and taste for seasoning adjustments.
