Healthy Protein Butterfinger Cheesecake

Ingredients
- Base
- ¾ cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 1½ tablespoons light cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- A dash of butterscotch extract
- 1 tablespoon Butterfinger bits or cacao nibs (optional)
- Toppings:
- Date Caramel
- Butterfinger Bits
- Cacao or chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, protein powder, cream cheese, peanut butter, maple syrup, and butterscotch extract until smooth.
- Spoon into a small bowl.
- Top with toppings of choice
- Chill 10–15 minutes until set.
