Crispy Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Healthy breaded crispy chicken tender in under 20 minutes!

Time 18 to 20 minutes total
Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup corn flakes lightly crushed or breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 egg or 1/3 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Buffalo Sauce
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 Tbsp melted butter or olive oil
1 tsp honey optional
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400 or oven to 425

Mix crushed corn flakes or breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper

Dip each chicken tender into egg or yogurt then coat evenly in crumbs

Spray lightly with cooking spray

Cook:
Air fryer 10 to 12 minutes flipping once
Oven 15 to 18 minutes flipping halfway -
Warm buffalo sauce ingredients and toss hot tenders to coat
