
Oreo Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain skyr or nonfat Greek yogurt3 small dates pitted3/4 cup milk of choice1/2 tsp vanilla extractPinch of salt
- Mix in2 to 4 Oreo cookies crushed

- Fold in2 to 3 Oreo cookies crushed
Instructions
- Add skyr dates milk vanilla and salt to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into Ninja Creami pint and freeze flat for 18 to 24 hours.
- Spin on Lite.
- Respin 1 to 2 times until creamy.
- Add crushed Oreos and use Mix In function.
- If texture looks crumbly add a splash of milk and respin.

- Blend yogurt dates milk vanilla and salt until thick and smooth.
- Fold in crushed Oreos.
- Eat immediately for soft serve vibes or freeze 1 to 2 hours stirring once halfway for a firmer ice cream texture.
