Protein Banana Bread Waffles
Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, mashed

1 scoop (30g) Vanilla or Snickerdoodle protein powder

1/2 cup oat flour (or blended oats)

1 large egg

1/4 cup egg whites
-
1 tsp baking powder
-
1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

Optional: 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips or crushed nuts.
Instructions:

Preheat your waffle iron and spray with non-stick spray.

In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Whisk in the egg and egg whites.

Add the protein powder, oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.

Pour onto the hot waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden and crisp.

Top with a drizzle of maple syrup, nuts, bananas and/or peanut butter.
