High Protein Cookie Dough Balls

6 cookie dough balls
Ingredients
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup protein powder of choice
¼ cup powdered nut or seed butter
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp milk of choice
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips optional
Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, protein powder, and powdered nut or seed butter until evenly combined.

Add the maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until a thick, cohesive cookie dough forms.

Fold in the chocolate chips if using.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll into balls.

Chill for 10 minutes for a firmer texture, or serve immediately.
Notes
If the dough is too thick, add milk 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
If the dough is too soft, mix in 1 tablespoon almond flour.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
