
Protein Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients
- ½ cup almond flour¼ cup protein powder of choice¼ cup powdered nut or seed butter2 tbsp pure maple syrup2 tbsp milk of choice½ tsp vanilla extractPinch of sea salt2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, protein powder, and powdered nut or seed butter until evenly combined.
- Add the maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until a thick, cohesive cookie dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll into balls.
- Chill for 10 minutes for a firmer texture, or serve immediately.
Notes
If the dough is too thick, add milk 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.If the dough is too soft, mix in 1 tablespoon almond flour.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
