
Protein White Chocolate Macadamia Mug Cookie
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oat flour1 scoop vanilla protein powder1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey1 tablespoon nonfat Greek yogurt1 tablespoon almond butter or cashew butter2 tablespoons milk of choice1 pinch salt1 tablespoon white chocolate chips1 tablespoon chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions
- Add everything except the white chocolate and macadamia nuts to a microwave safe mug. Stir until cookie dough forms. Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Microwave 40 to 55 seconds until the edges are set and the center is still soft. Let it rest for 30 seconds.
