Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cut into small heads
- 1 cup all-purpose flower
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated, and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the cauliflower for about 15-18 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they're golden brown and crispy. Adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer's settings for the desired crispiness.
- While the cauliflower is cooking, mix the buffalo sauce, melted butter (or olive oil), and honey (or maple syrup) in a bowl.
- Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Pour the prepared buffalo sauce mixture over the cauliflower and toss until each piece is evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
