High Protein Red Velvet Mug Cake

Ingredients
  

  • Wet3 Tbsp milk of choice1 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt1 Tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar1 Tbsp melted coconut or avocado oil1 tsp vanilla extractOptional red food coloring
  • Dry3 Tbsp oat flour2 Tbsp vanilla or unflavored protein powder1 Tbsp cocoa powder1/4 tsp baking powderPinch of salt
  • Frosting2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt1 Tbsp light cream cheese1 tsp maple syrup or monk fruitOptional mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix all wet ingredients in a microwave safe mug.
  • Add dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  • Microwave 45 to 60 seconds until just set.
  • Stir frosting ingredients and spread on top.
