
High Protein Red Velvet Mug Cake
Ingredients
- Wet3 Tbsp milk of choice1 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt1 Tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar1 Tbsp melted coconut or avocado oil1 tsp vanilla extractOptional red food coloring
- Dry3 Tbsp oat flour2 Tbsp vanilla or unflavored protein powder1 Tbsp cocoa powder1/4 tsp baking powderPinch of salt
- Frosting2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt1 Tbsp light cream cheese1 tsp maple syrup or monk fruitOptional mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all wet ingredients in a microwave safe mug.
- Add dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Microwave 45 to 60 seconds until just set.
- Stir frosting ingredients and spread on top.
