Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour or almond flour for softer cookies
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or 3 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips to one bowl and mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet and gently flatten.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before eating.
