Pineapple Dole Whip Smoothie

Let’s talk friends! This smoothie deserves two golden stars for it’s taste and for how easy it is to make. Tangy from Greek yogurt and boosted with protein powder, it’s a fuel powerhouse, perfect for that post-workout replenishment or a morning kickstart.

 

The Recipe:

Protein Pineapple Dole Whip Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)

Instructions:

  1. Blend It Up: Toss all those yummy ingredients into a blender and let it work its magic until it’s smooth and dreamy.

  • Blend Again: Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pause and scrape down the sides of the blender if needed to ensure everything is well incorporated.
