High Protein Cookie Butter Mug Cake 

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 tbsp cookie butter
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oat flour (or almond flour)
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract 

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add an extra teaspoon of Biscoff or Trader Joes cookie butter to the center if you want a gooey middle.
  3. Microwave 60–90 seconds, depending on your microwave strength, until set but still soft in the center.
  4. Top with a dollop of Greek yogurt, a warm cookie butter drizzle, or crushed Biscoff.
