
Protein Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oat flour
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
- About 1 tsp chopped dark chocolate or 1 small square 70% cacao
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a small ramekin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
- Add milk and Greek yogurt. Stir until a thick, smooth batter forms.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared ramekin.
- Place the dark chocolate in the center, pressing it gently into the batter.
- Cover with remaining batter, fully sealing the chocolate inside.
- Bake for 9 minutes, until the edges are set and the center remains soft.
- Let rest for 1 minute before serving warm.
