
Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F or oven to 425°F
- Pound chicken slightly so it cooks evenly
- Coat chicken in Greek yogurt or egg white
- Mix cornflakes breadcrumbs spices salt and pepper
- Press chicken into coating until fully covered
- Air fry 10 to 12 minutes flipping halfway or bake 18 to 20 minutes until crispy and cooked through
- Heat avocado oil in a small pan then stir in cayenne paprika sugar and garlic powder remove from heat
- Brush hot oil mixture generously over crispy chicken
- Mix all quick sauce ingredients
- Toast bun lightly
- Assemble bun sauce chicken pickles and slaw
