Ingredients
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup vanilla sugar-free pudding pre-made cups
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Animal crackers or your preferred cookie for layering
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla sugar-free pudding, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract. Stir until well incorporated and smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding-protein mixture. Ensure a light and airy consistency by gently folding to preserve the fluffiness.
- Take your chosen serving container (glass dish or individual serving cups work well) and start the layering process.
- Begin by placing a layer of animal crackers at the bottom of the container. You can also break them into smaller pieces for easier layering.
- Add a layer of the prepared vanilla protein mousse on top of the crackers.
- Continue alternating layers of animal crackers and the protein mousse until the container is filled, ensuring the final layer is the mousse.
- Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate the mousse for at least 2 hours, allowing it to set and the flavors to meld together.
- Once sufficiently chilled, remove the mousse from the fridge.
- Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of crushed animal crackers or fresh fruit before serving.
