Cookie Monster Protein Ice Cream (Ninja Creami)

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until completely smooth. No lumps.
- Pour into your Ninja Creami pint container. Do not fill above the max fill line.
- Freeze flat for a full 24 hours.
- Run on the Lite Ice Cream setting.
- If crumbly, add 1-2 tbsp milk and re-spin.
- Top with protein cookie dough bites and dark chocolate chunks.
Protein Cookie Dough Bites (makes 8)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp milk (to bind)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks, plus more for topping
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Cookie Dough Bites:
- Combine almond flour, protein powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
- Add almond butter and maple syrup. Mix until a dough forms.
- Add milk one tablespoon at a time until the dough rolls without cracking.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Roll into 8 equal balls. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
