Healthy Protein Butterfinger Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Base
  • ¾ cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1½ tablespoons light cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • A dash of butterscotch extract
  • 1 tablespoon Butterfinger bits or cacao nibs (optional)
  • Toppings:
  • Date Caramel
  • Butterfinger Bits
  • Cacao or chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt, protein powder, cream cheese, peanut butter, maple syrup, and butterscotch extract until smooth.
  • Spoon into a small bowl.
  • Top with toppings of choice
  • Chill 10–15 minutes until set.
