High Protein Cookie Butter Mug Cake
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 tbsp cookie butter
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp oat flour (or almond flour)
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Add an extra teaspoon of Biscoff or Trader Joes cookie butter to the center if you want a gooey middle.
- Microwave 60–90 seconds, depending on your microwave strength, until set but still soft in the center.
- Top with a dollop of Greek yogurt, a warm cookie butter drizzle, or crushed Biscoff.
