Chocolate Protein Lava Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oat flour
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 2 to 3 tbsp sweetened Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug
- Add almond milk and stir until smooth
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Microwave 45 to 60 seconds until set
- Top with sweetened Greek yogurt and serve warm
