Cookies and Cream Protein Mug Cake
Vanilla Mug Cake Ingredients
4 tablespoons oat flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1 tablespoon nonfat Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons almond milk or milk of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 Oreo crushed plus extra chunks for the top
Instructions
Add everything except the Oreos to a microwave safe mug. Stir until smooth and thick with no dry pockets. Fold in the crushed Oreo and a few chunks. Microwave 45 seconds to 1 minute until the edges are set and the center is still soft. Let it sit 30 seconds.
Sweet Yogurt Frosting
2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
Tiny splash of milk to thin
Stir until glossy and pourable. Spoon over the warm cake!
