Protein Sugar Cookie Skillet

Ingredients

Cookie

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 8 tbsp butter softened
  • 4 tbsp cashew butter
  • 4 tsp milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp sprinkles

Icing

  • 2 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 inch skillet
  • In a bowl mix almond flour protein powder and salt
  • Add butter cashew butter maple syrup milk and vanilla. Mix until crumbly then press together until a dough forms
  • Fold in sprinkles
  • Press dough evenly into the skillet and smooth the top
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes until edges are golden and center is set but still soft. Let cool 10 minutes to keep it gooey
  • In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt protein powder maple syrup milk and vanilla until smooth
  • Drizzle icing over warm skillet and finish with more sprinkles
