Protein Sugar Cookie Skillet

Ingredients
Cookie
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- 8 tbsp butter softened
- 4 tbsp cashew butter
- 4 tsp milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tbsp sprinkles
Icing
- 2 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 inch skillet
- In a bowl mix almond flour protein powder and salt
- Add butter cashew butter maple syrup milk and vanilla. Mix until crumbly then press together until a dough forms
- Fold in sprinkles
- Press dough evenly into the skillet and smooth the top
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes until edges are golden and center is set but still soft. Let cool 10 minutes to keep it gooey
- In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt protein powder maple syrup milk and vanilla until smooth
- Drizzle icing over warm skillet and finish with more sprinkles
